Chocolate Burfee

INGREDIENTS

500g klim

250ml fresh cream

SYRUP 

250ml milk

200g easy melt chocolate

125ml sugar

30ml ghee

500ml icing sugar

2.5ml cardamom powder

2 bars flake chocolate

 

METHOD 

Mix cream and klim together. Let it dry for one hour then sieve.

Combine milk, icing sugar, ghee, sugar and melted chocolate in a non-stick pan.

Simmer gently till you have one thread consistency. Add klim mixture

and cardamom. Cook until thick. Pour in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with flake chocolate. Cut

into squares when cool and set.
