125g Butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla essence
2 large eggs
1 cup cake flour
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
2 TBS cocoa
½ cup chopped pecan nuts

Cream butter with sugar
Add vanilla essence and eggs and beat well
Sift dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture
Stir in nuts
Place in a swiss roll pan and bake for ±20 mins

200g dark chocolate
½ tsp. vanilla essence
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbs butter (softened)
1 tbs hot milk

Melt chocolate in micro
Stir in other ingredients and spread over brownies
