• 400g condensed milk (or 1 tin)
  • 300g grated cottage cheese (paneer)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds and pistas
  • 2 silver sheets (varak).

Mix condensed milk and cottage cheese in a pan and cook on a medium flame stirring continuously. When the mixture starts thickening, reduce the flame. When it leaves the sides of the pan and is semi-solid, remove from the fire and spread it on a greased tray. Sprinkle the cardamom powder and dry fruits on the mixture. Decorate with varak or silver sheets and cut into desired shapes.
