CARAMEL DESSERT

1 tin condense milk
2 x condense milk tin measures of milk
4 egg yolks
1½ tbs coconut
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in the above mixture

Gold baking pan:
Add 2 tbs sugar into the pan and cook on stove until sugar melts
Add above mixture into the pan of sugar
Place pan in a baking tray of water
Bake at 180 for an 1 hour
Leave to cool and refrigerate
