CARAMEL SAUCE

Heat 500ml cream
60ml golden syrup
125ml castor sugar together over low heat
Stirring until sugar’s dissolved.
Simmer for 15min until caramel-coloured stirring occasionally
Thicken with 10ml cornflour mixed to a paste with a little water
Brink to a boil again.
