CARAMEL TREAT DESERT

Pkt tennis biscuits
3 TBS Ricoffy and 1 cup boiling water
1 tin caramel treat
250g fresh cream
2 large peppermint crisps

Method:
Mix caramel treat and fresh cream
Layer biscuits in a Pyrex dish
Add coffee
Add caramel mixture
Great peppermint crisp
Repeat above
