CHEESE CAKE

¾ pkt tennis biscuits
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
Small tub fresh cream
500g smooth cottage cheese
Bit of lemon juice
2 TBS. butter

Method:
Melt butter, crush biscuits and mix together for the base

Filling:
Beat sugar and eggs, add cheese and lemon juice and mix together
Line pan with base, fill and bake
Whip fresh cream with ½ tsp sugar. When above is cold, spread cream and sprinkle with flake or any other topping
