CHICKEN AND PASTA BAKE

2 slice onions
10ml sugar
2ml chicken spice
15ml cake flour
2 eggs
15ml oil, 500g cooked chicken
5ml sweet basis, salt & pepper to taste
250ml sour cream
125g grated cheese
1 x 400g All Gold whole peeled tomatoes,
100ml All Gold tomato concentrate

Method:
Cook macaroni
Heat the oil and sauté onions until soft, Add the chicken, tomatoes and tomato concentrate. Add the sugar, sweet basil, chicken spice and seasoning to taste. Mix with the macaroni and place in a casserole dish. Feat the flour, cream and eggs together and pour over the macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese and bake on 180 for 30 mins

 

Cooking:
