CHICKEN BREASTS

5 chicken breasts salt and pepper
pineapple strips
Flour
1 egg
breadcrumbs
thyme
Sprinkle breast pieces with salt, pepper and thyme.
Place pineapple in centre.
Roll up and pin with toothpick.
Roll in flour, then egg, then crumbs.
Fry till golden brown.
Place in oven @ 180°C for ±10 minutes.
