250g margarine

1 cup sugar

2 ½  cups flour

1 ½  tsp baking powder

½  cup cornflour

2 cups coconut

2 tbs cocoa

½  cup hot water

melted chocolate for sandwiching biscuits

Preheat oven to 180°C

Beat margarine with sugar until creamy

Sift in flour, baking powder and cornflour

Stir in coconut

Dissolve cocoa in the water and cool

Add the cocoa liquid and make a soft dough

Break off small pieces (the size of marbles)

Place on baking tray and press lightly with fork

Bake for +/-15 minutes

Cool and sandwich with chocolate
