FISH CURRY

Sprinkle salt and vinegar on fish and leave it to stand.
Grind 3 TBS. garlic, whole jeero and mustard seeds.
Cut 4 tomatoes, curry leave, slit green chillies and spring onion.
4 tsp. dry dhana, ½ tsp. arid, ½ tsp. salt, 4 tsp. red chillies, ½ tsp. jeero
Braise onion with little methi seed
Fry onions until light brown, add masala, tomatoes, and grinded masala. Cook until done.
Then add tomato puree
Soak aamli in boiling water and squeeze all the water out.
Add aamli to mixture and add water and let boil
Add fish
Do not open the pot between 15 and 20 minutes.
