ICE-CREAM SURPRISE

2 litres vanilla ice-cream (slightly soft)
1 slab whole nut chocolate – chopped/grated
1 box choc kits/romany creams – chopped/grated
½ pkt Tennis biscuits – crushed
1 Flake – broken up

Method:
Place the ice-cream in a big dish, then add the chocolates and biscuits – mix well.
Spoon the above ice-cream back into the ice-cream container and re-freeze. You can also spoon into a mould.
Serve this ice-cream surprise with wafers.
