PECAN NUT PIE
3 egg whites
185g castor sugar
1 pkt tuc biscuits
Handful of pecan nuts
Mixture:
Beat egg whites until light and fluffy and double the size
Slowly add castor sugar and beat well
Add nuts and biscuits
Bake in a Pyrex dish for ±20 mins
Decorate with fresh cream and pecan nuts
