PYRAMID CHEESE CAKE

125g margarine or butter
1 egg
250g cream cottage cheese
24 tennis biscuits
1 tsp vanilla essence
Cherries
Flake to decorate

Method:
Mix margarine and sugar together
Add egg and vanilla essence
Add cottage cheese

Method:
Place foil flat on the table
Layer 4 rows of 4 tennis biscuits
Layer mixture on tennis biscuits
Place cherries down the centre
Place 2 layers of biscuits then the mixture
Fold into pyramid, lift the last two biscuits on either side. Close and place in freezer to set
Beat 1 tin fresh cream and two tsp of icing sugar and beat – decorate with flake
