SWISS ROLL DESERT

1 tin condense milk
1 tin fresh cream – leave ½ for decoration
1 pkt tub cream cheese
Beat the above together
¼ cup lemon juice
Tin mangoes
3 tsp. custard powder

Slice a large Swiss roll in a desert dish, Place mangoes on top
Heat syrup of the mangoes with custard powder, Cool and then add over mangoes. Decorate with mangoes and fresh cream
