1 tin tuna
1 chopped medium onion
1 pkt crisp – crushed
125g grated cheese
Mix the above together with salt, pepper or Aromat
Shake up 60ml milk with two eggs
Add the to the above
Add grated cheese to the top, Bake for 30 mins on 230
