WAFFLES

3 eggs (separate and beat whites stiff)
3 egg yolks
1½ cups milk
4 TBS. melted butter or ghee
3 tsp. baking powder
1 TBS. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1¾ cup flour
Sift the dry ingredients
Add sifted flour to batter. Lastly fold in stiff egg white
Dough must be runny
