Once upon a time a daughter complained to her father that her life was
miserable and that she didn't know how she was going to make it. She was
tired of fighting and struggling all the time. It seemed just as one problem
was solved, another one soon followed. Her father, a chef, took her to the
kitchen. He filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Once
the three pots began to boil, he placed potatoes in one pot, eggs in the
second pot, and ground coffee beans in the third pot.

Old Ladies...

A tour bus driver is driving with a bus load of seniors down a highway when he is tapped on his shoulder by a little old lady. After about 15 minutes, she taps him on his shoulder again and she hands him another handful of peanuts. She repeats this gesture about five more times.

What makes you Indian. What makes you Proudly Indian. U can attend cultural events but after dark a new breed of evil is found. I see charos doing drugs, swearing people for no reason blah, blah, blah.

People try to be West-Side gangsters from the way the dress and even their lingo. What has become of the youth who submitting to the Anti-Charo genre.

Being Indian is having a uniquely great skin colour. Being Proudly Indian means trying to keep the Charo culture goin, not fusing it with something inferior.

Race Relations

Sometimes I dont think that people are very open minded at all, somehow we seem to be stuck in a time warp when it comes to relationships. Its fine to have high powered jobs, earn great salaries and leave the kids in daycare, but we still stare at a mixed race couple at the mall. Oh the horror!
