Braised Maas with Video
3 Tablespoons Oil
½ Onion (Chopped)
4 Dry Chillies
1 Tablespoon Jeera Seeds
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
½ Bunch Dhania Leaves (Coriander Leaves)
½ Bunch Mint Leaves
250ml Maas (Plain Yogurt)
1 teaspoon Salt (Salt to Taste)
Heat oil, add onion, dry chillies, jeera seeds and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and mix.
Chop dhania and mint leaves and add to a bowl.
Add braised mixture, maas and salt.
