200g flour                                                                       1tbsp cocoa

½tsp baking powder                                                        200g butter

85g castor sugar                                                              85g corn flakes or coconut


Preheat oven 150C. Cream butter and sugar, add flour, cocoa, and baking powder sifted together. Lastly add the corn – flakes. Place spoonfuls on greased baking tray and bake for 20 minutes. When cold ice with chocolate water icing and press a pecan or walnut on top of each.

Makes 34 biscuits.
