Green Beans

Green Beans Curry

500g Green Beans (Washed and Chopped)
¼ Cup Cooking Oil
½ Onion (Chopped)
4 Garlic Pods
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Elachie Pods
1 Anistar
1 Bay Leaf
½ Ginger and Garlic Paste
½ Turmeric Powder
1 Tablespoon Masala (Curry Powder)
1 Tomato (Chopped)
1 teaspoon Salt (Rough)
1 teaspoon Sugar
¼ Cup Water

Heat oil in a pot, add onion, garlic pods, cinnamon stick, elachie pods, anistar, bay leaf, ginger and garlic paste,
tumeric powder, masala and stir for 30 seconds. Then add green beans, tomato, salt, sugar and water.
Cook this for 10-15 minutes (Don't over cook).
