Sorgi Balls

1 Tin Condensed Milk
2 teaspoons Elachie Powder
1 Cup Icing Sugar
1 cup Butter (250ml)
500g Blue Ribbon Semolina
100g Almonds
100g Coconut
Few Raisins
½ teaspoon Nutmeg

METHOD
Fry semolina, elachie, butter, almonds, coconut for 10 minutes;
Remove from stove;
Empty in a bowl.;
Allow to get cold ;
Add icing sugar, nutmeg and/or raisins
Add condensed milk and form a ball;
Leave on a plate for a while;
When finished pack in airtight container.
