ROGNI NAAN

4 cups flour
2 TBS ghee
Pinch salt
2 TBS sugar
1 pkt yeast
±1 cup lukewarm water
¾ cup yoghurt
¼ cup buttermilk
1 egg

Method:
Add flour, ghee, salt and sugar – make like breakcrumbs
Add in yeast and mix
Beat yoghurt, buttermilk, egg and add in to the dry ingredients
Lastly, add enough water to make a dough
Allow to rise for 1 hour, Divide balls into 12 and roll out each one
Rub with garlic butter and sprinkle till, Bake at 180 for 10 mins
When grilling – rub with garlic butter
