SOJI

Place ghee in pot add and add 2 cups tasty sweet
Add cinnamon sticks
Add tsp. fine elachi

Liquidise
1 lt. milk
1 egg
¼ cup boiling water and saffron –boil in micro – add
Egg colouring
2½ cups sugar
Add mixture to the tasty wheat and mix for ±2 minutes
Place pot in the oven – must be on high – 15 – 20mins
Once liquid has burnt out put on low – 150
When fluffy, lower the oven
